LOCAL PICK UP //

NO CONTACT PICK UP.

Our pick up option is for local pick up only! Please do not choose this option at checkout if you are not local to WESTERN SYDNEY.  If we notice your address is located out of the Sydney region we will unfortunately have to send you an invoice for the shipping fee. To arrange a time, please email info@tahuiactive.com.au. The turn around is between 2-4 days.

Please note that you will need to wait for your pick up confirmation email before attending the location. The email will provide all the information needed for pick up eligibility (I.d etc).All orders must be picked up from 5 days after pick up confirmation is sent. Please keep in mind that this is my personal home, so please be respectful.

Identification Needed:

You will need to bring:

  • I.D (drivers licence, etc); and
  • Order confirmation email (can show phone).

If someone is picking up the order on your behalf, they will need:

  • confirmation in writing from you or an email to us;
  • Identification; and
  • order confirmation email.
We hope that you get as much enjoyment from your TAHUI ACTIVE set as we have creating them for you. However, we do understand that sometimes things don’t always go to plan and you may need to exchange or return a product. Our
Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. A returns formwill be in each package, however if by chance you need another one it is available here.
 
Prior to returning your items, please email info@tahuiactive.com.au with your requests to exchange/return your product(s). Once we receive the product, we will undergo a quality review and will contact you to advise on the appropriate procedure. Return address will be provided upon eligibility of exchange/returns.
We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable post as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by TAHUI ACTIVE.
 
EXCHANGE/RETURNS
To be eligible for an exchange/return, please ensure:
  • All items must be returned within 21 days (Australia) & 28 days (International) from the order date. To return items, please ensure you fill out the returns form correctly. This will enable an easier process for your returns
  • proof of purchase of your order (bank statements will not be accepted as proof of purchase)
  • the returns form is attached and filled out correctly - this will enable an easier process for your exchange
  • the product(s) are unworn, undamaged, unwashed, tags attached.
Please note that shipping costs will not be reimbursed for an exchange.
 
FAULTY ITEMS
All items are quality controlled and checked before being sent to our loyal customers. Any product that arrives in a faulty condition can be returned for either a refund or a store credit at your choice including shipping costs.
  • Please ensure you send any photo evidence of the faulty item to info@tahuiactive.com.au upon your request.
REFUND/STORE CREDIT
For faulty items, a refund or store credit will be issued via credit card or paypal.
 
For exchanges, store credit will be issued.
 
Unfortunately, we will not be able to proceed with your return request if these requirements are not met. TAHUI ACTIVE reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on any change of mind products(s).

The best sports bra I have ever purchased. I pole dance and this bra is amazing for holding me in when I'm upside down, but also keeping me supported when doing cardio. I wear a 12JJ and bought a size Large, and honestly my chest fits great which is a real achievement! Will be repurchasing in another colour!
